Ezen a 3 órás bevezető workshop-on a gyakorlók megismerkednek a Wudang Ba Gua Zhang eredetével és hagyományos hátterével.
In this 3-hour introductory workshop, practitioners will be introduced to the origins and traditional background of Wudang Ba Gua Zhang.
The workshop focuses on the most fundamental and essential footwork, known as Táng Ní Bú (淌泥步 / 蹚泥步) -the signature „mud-wading step” that forms the foundation of Ba Gua Zhang.
A résztvevők megtanulják, hogyan kell helyesen körbejárni a Ba Gua alapelvei szerint, fejlesztve az egyensúlyt, a koordinációt és a belső kapcsolatot.
A hagyományos képzés során a gyakorlók gyakran hónapokat töltenek a körkörös járás finomításával és tökéletesítésével, mielőtt elkezdenék elsajátítani a gyakorlatsort. Ez a workshop hagsúlyozza, miért olyan fontos ez az alapvető gyakorlat. Ezenkívül a résztvevők megismerkednek az alapvető Shen Fa (身法) gyakorlatokkal, és a későbbi Ba Gua gyakorláshoz szükséges alapvető mozgásgyakorlatokkal. In traditional training, practitioners often spend months refining and perfecting circular walking alone before beginning to learn the routine. This workshop emphasizes why this foundational practice is so critical. In addition, participants will be introduced to basic Shen Fa (身法) and essential movement drills required for future Ba Gua training. While the full routine is not covered, these fundamentals are indispensable for progressing into the complete system.
